We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Items are carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping. We prefer to use USPS Priority Mail since it ensures your item reaches you as quickly as possible. It also includes shipping insurance to protect your purchase should it be lost or damaged during shipping.

Returns and Warranty
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 10 day return policy and will provide a full refund minus shipping costs once the item is returned and received in the condition it was shipped in.
Should your item fail due to materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, excluding abuse or misuse of the item.
